Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose)
Vajra = Diamond/Thunderbolt, Asana = Pose/Posture
Steps
- Kneel on the floor. Next, bring the big toes together, separate your heels and feet flat on the floor.
- Lower your bottom onto the inside surface of the feet with the heels touching the sides of the hips.
- Finally, place your hands on your thighs with your palms facing down.
- Remember, the back and head should be straight but not tense.
- Close your eyes, relax the arms and the whole body, breathe normally
- This is the only pose one should do after eating.
