Eye Exercises
Eye exercises can help relieve eye strain and stress accumulated throughout the day. You can keep your glasses or contact lenses on during the exercises but remove them if they feel uncomfortable.
Instructions:
- Perform these ten eye movements slowly and rhythmically, repeating each six times (12 counts).
- Close your eyes for a few seconds after each set before starting the next one.
- Maintain a stationary position with your body and an upright neck throughout the exercises. Only your eyes should move to avoid any straining.
