It is a powerful yoga posture that stimulates energy flow and strengthens the core. It also supports digestion and promotes a calm, focused mind.

Steps

  1. Begin in Vajrasana (sitting on your heels).
  2. Form fists with your hands, with thumbs tucked inside the fingers.
  3. Inhale deeply, then exhale fully. Place your fists on your lower abdomen, just below the navel, with knuckles facing each other.
  4. Gently bend forward, holding the position for 5 to 15 seconds.
  5. Inhale as you return to an upright position.
  6. Repeat this process 3 to 6 times.

Note: Avoid this pose if you have abdominal or digestive issues, as it places pressure on the lower abdomen.
